Jesse Cook Bend Concert reviews
TWO HOURS NON-STOP
It was a non-stop rush from the moment they hit the stage to the final notes. Every song they played was either one you wanted to hear or one you thought they'd never play, but they did, and it was fantastic. If you were on the floor for this show, you were part of a massive ocean, with tides rippling without a break, and large raging pits to be sucked into if you drifted too close. I have been a fan of Jesse Cook for several years and their records are always in rotation on my iPod. The only thing missing for me as a fan was seeing them live, which I finally did. Now all I need to do is see them again and again and again. I'm glad I had seats as I'm a little too old for that. They played a two-hour show with hardly a decline in tempo. I heard all my favorite songs, including Toxicity, Aerials, Attack, Prison Song, B.Y.O.B., Sugar, and many more. There was no encore, but did you really expect one after that?
